7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts due to causes not arising from our error will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used software, digital downloads, or gift cards.
  • Personal care accessories (ear tips, screen protectors) once opened.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +94 74 000 7875 or email help@srirandula.lk within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to our store or arrange a pickup (if available in your area).
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to an account you provide. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty Coverage

All genuine products sold by Sri Randula Mobile come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through the brand's authorized service centers in Sri Lanka. Our team can assist you in locating the nearest service center and initiating a warranty claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
