  • Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayHere, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after order placement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Warranty

All genuine products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Sri Randula Mobile is not the warranty provider; warranty services are handled by the brand's authorized service centers in Sri Lanka. We provide assistance in locating service centers and initiating claims but do not guarantee repair outcomes or timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Sri Randula Mobile or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
